This neighborhood is in the flats, mostly to the east of Neil Cummings Elementary, very close to the Town Center mall, with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Mostly one level ranchers built in the late 50s and early 60s. Many of the homes were built around lagoons so offer a cool waterfront living experience. Some good buying opportunities here and many SF commuters love this location. Keep in mind that Corte Madera can get windy, especially in the flats, and many homes in the area require flood insurance.
