Occupying the area between Magnolia Ave, Magnolia Park, and Palm Hill, this popular neighborhood offers charming homes, flat lots, and easy access to downtown. These subdivisions date back to the 1900’s. Before homes where built here it was an area used for farming and tent camping during the summer. The first group of homes were built with wood siding while the next generation were built using stucco, both having front porches and gables enhancing the entrances.
