The area south of Center Blvd between the Seminary neighborhood and Fairfax includes some very popular streets in the flats, with a mix of small cottages and larger homes, and some hillsides where the roads get narrow and winding. Much of the area has good access to either downtown San Anselmo or Fairfax, and on the weekends you’ll see lots of cyclists on San Anslemo Ave heading out to the trails or the roads in West Marin.
