High up on the edge of Mt. Tam, the Panoramic neighborhood has incredible views of San Francisco, the bay, open space, and in some cases the Pacific Ocean. There are many hiking trails and it’s a quick jaunt down the hill to Stinson Beach. There are beautiful estate homes and some cool, funky artist retreats. The downside is that it can get pretty windy and foggy up on the ridge, and the drive up is a bit of a hike from 101.
