On the east of the freeway bordering Tiburon is the Strawberry neighborhood. It’s a great commute spot and right next to the Strawberry Village which has great shops, restaurants and coffee spots. There is a nice mix of 60s homes with some nice larger remodeled homes throughout the area. We have noticed a lot more construction happening in the neighborhood, where people are buying up some of the smaller places and making them larger. Some of the homes high up on the hill have water or Mt. Tam views, and the Strawberry Recreation Center is close by, with tennis courts, a swimming pool and a variety of special events.
