Like adjacent Tamalpais Park to the west this is one of Mill Valley’s favorite neighborhoods, with tree lined streets, a mix of charming older homes and some from the 1960s, some of the best weather in Mill Valley, and flat lots with grassy yards. It’s an easy stroll to many of the parks in the area or to the shops and restaurants on Miller Ave., including Whole Foods, and residents with kids love the proximity to Park Elementary School. It’s a great commute location, just about five minutes to the freeway.
